Is this a food blog? Why no, it's not a food blog. But I learned how to poach an egg from this guy on YouTube and it worked so well I need to re-post it. It seems so intimidating and fancy! Whenever I've tried before they end up looking like an octopus! But it turns out the hardest part is the part at the end--the part where you have to wait ten minutes. A watched egg never poaches.
